Yogurt Mint Dip & Pineapple Relish
Submitted by christine913100
Two fresh mint condiments in one recipe: a cool yogurt dip with honey and orange zest, plus a zippy pineapple relish with whole grain mustard. Both come together in 15 minutes with zero cooking.

1 hrsTwo condiments, one herb, zero effort. This is the kind of recipe that makes a fruit platter look like you really planned ahead.
The yogurt dip is cool and creamy, sweetened with a drizzle of honey and brightened with orange zest and chopped fresh mint. It’s meant for dunking berries, apple slices, or anything that needs a minty, tangy companion.
The pineapple relish goes in a completely different direction. Fresh pineapple chunks get blitzed with mint and coarse-grained mustard into a chunky, sweet-sharp condiment that pairs beautifully with grilled meats, fish, or a cheese board.
Make them both and let your guests decide which one they like better. Spoiler: they’ll use both.
Kitchen Tips
- Chill the yogurt dip for at least 30 minutes so the flavors meld. It tastes flat if served right away.
- Use coarse-grained mustard in the relish, not yellow or Dijon. The whole seeds add texture and a gentle pop of heat.
- Both keep well in the fridge for a couple of days, though the dip will be at its freshest within the first 24 hours.
