yesterday, my mom made an incredibly beautiful flan and told me to refrigerate it (to put it in the extra fridge we have in our garage).

Problem: I forgot to do it. It sat all night on the kitchen table at room temperature.

Is it completely ruined?

I would throw it out.
To many egg and milk products in it.
