Sometimes the simplest blends hit the hardest. Fresh strawberries, half a banana, low-fat yogurt, and a handful of ice cubes get blitzed into a thick, frosty drink that needs zero added sugar.

The banana brings natural sweetness and body, so the smoothie feels rich without any extras. It’s the kind of thing you can throw together before heading out the door or hand to your kids without a second thought about what’s in it.

Four ingredients. One blender. Done.

Variations

  • Berry blast: Add a handful of blueberries or raspberries along with the strawberries for a mixed berry version.
  • Green boost: Toss in a handful of baby spinach. You won’t taste it, but you’ll get the nutrients.
  • Thicker texture: Use frozen strawberries and skip the ice cubes for a smoothie bowl consistency.
