Crockpot Glazed Corned Beef

Corned beef, horseradish and red wine vinegar are cooked together in another easy and delicious crockpot recipe.

Ingredients

4 pounds corned beef
1 1/2 teaspoon horseradish
1 x water
2 tablespoons red wine vinegar
2 tablespoons prepared mustard
1/4 cup molasses

Directions

In crockpot cover corned beef with water. Cover and cook on low for 10 to 12 hours. Drain cooked corned beef; place on broiler pan or ovenproof platter. Combine mustard, horseradish, wine vinegar, and molasses. Brush on all sides of meat. Brown in 400 degree oven for 20 minutes or until it begins to brown; brush with sauce several times while browning.

Makes 6 to 8 servings.

Chicken Enchildas with Cheese

This recipe was fantastic!!! I saved a step by not dipping the tortillas into the cream mixture. I poured a few ladles of the cream into the baking pan, then filled the tortillas and placed them in the pan and it turned out beautiful. I will definately make this again!
