Peanut Butter and Banana Cookies

Ingredients

1/4 cup margarine softened
1 cup bananas mashed
1 each egg white whipped
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1/2 cup peanut butter
1 1/2 cups flour, unbleached all-purpose
1/2 cup sugar granulated
1/2 cup brown sugar packed
1 teaspoon baking soda

Directions

Preheat oven at 375 degrees F.

Prepare a baking sheet with cooking spray.

In a mixing bowl, combine margarine, bananas, egg white, and vanilla.

In another mixing bowl, combine flour, sugars, and baking soda.

Mix wet ingredients with dry ingredients just until moistened.

Drop by tablespoons 2 inch apart onto prepared baking sheet.

Bake about 12 minutes or until lightly browned.

Basic White Sauce W/Variations

This recipe came in real handy for a parmesan chicken dish we made. We took the basic white sauce and add parmesan cheese to it, then pour the sauce over parmesan chicken with noodles. It was the best meal, plus our whole family enjoyed it. Thank-you. Fawn
