Melt-In-Your-Mouth Cookies

Ingredients

2 cups margarine
1 cup sugar
5 cups flour, all-purpose
2 teaspoons vanilla extract
2 cups pecans chopped
1/4 teaspoon salt
1 x powdered sugar

Directions

In a mixing bowl, cream the margarine (or butter) and sugar; add flour, vanilla, pecans and salt.

Mix well.

Roll dough into 1-inch balls and place on ungreased cookie sheets.

Bake in preheated 325-degree F oven for 17-20 minutes or until lightly browned.

Cool cookies slightly before rolling them in the confectioner's sugar.
