Hershey's 50% Reduced Fat Oatmeal Chip Cookies

Ingredients

3/4 cup vegetable oil 60% spread, softened
3/4 cup sugar granulated
3/4 cup sugar packed brown sugar, light
2 large eggs
1 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups flour, all-purpose
1 teaspoon baking soda
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/2 teaspoon salt
2 3/4 cups rolled oats quick cooking
2 cups chocolate (semi-sweet) reduced fat
1 cup raisins, seedless

Directions

Heat oven to 375F.

In large bowl, beat spread, granulated sugar and brown sugar with electric mixer until well mixed.

Add eggs and vanilla; beat until creamy.

Stir together flour, baking soda, cinnamon and salt; gradually add to sugar mixture, mixing well.

Stir in oats, chocolate chips and raisins.

Drop by teaspoons onto ungreased cookie sheet.

Bake 8 to 10 minutes or until golden brown.

Cool slightly; remove from cookie sheet to wire rack.

Cool completely.

4 dozen cookies.
