Tortilla Beef Roll-Ups

Ingredients

4 each flour tortillas
1 cup bacon and horseradish dip
12 ounces roast beef rare, thinly sliced
1 x lettuce

Directions

Spread 1 side of each flour tortilla with about 2 tablespoons of the horseradish dip, covering the whole tortilla.

Top with 1 or 2 slices of the roast beef.

Spread with another 2 tbsp of the horseradish dip.

Top with the lettuce leaves.

Roll up jelly-roll style, place seam side down on a platter, cover and chill until servings time.

Before serving, cut each roll-up crosswise into thirds.

Fresh Bread Stuffing

This was a great recipe, I first tryed it as directed then switched the bacon for hot italian sausage. It did not have the smokie flavor that the bacon added but it had a real flavorful zing. All and all a great addition to my recipe box. Peter Morley Ont,Canada
