Hamburger Boat

Ingredients

1 loaf french bread
1 can mushrooms sliced
1 pound ground beef
1 each onion diced
15 ounces tomato sauce
1 package mozzarella cheese slices

Directions

Remove center of bread to make a boat shape.

Brown ground beef; add sauce, mushrooms and onion.

Simmer 2-3 minutes. Pour into bread and top with slices of cheese.

Heat on baking sheet at 350F for 10-15 minutes or until the cheese melts.

Slice to serve. Serves 5-6.

Jeff's Spaghetti Sauce

I have cooked this sauce a million times...double and triple it...it's always good and I thank Jeff...whoever you are...does he have any more? Thanks, Bev in Houston
