Quilters Beef Stew

Another scrumptious beef stew that will add a pleasant aroma to your kitchen and feed your appetite.

1 1/2	pound	beef	stew meat
5	each	potatoes	chopped into bite sized pieces
9	each	carrots	sliced
2	each	onions	chopped
6	each	celery	stalks, cut into 1 inch pieces
1	each	onion soup mix	dry package
6	ounces	tomato paste
2	cups	water
1/2	cup	wine	red, cooking, optional

Place all ingredients into the crockpot. Set on Medium heat. Let the mixture cook no less than 6 hours.
