Braised Onion Sauce for Pasta
Ingredients
DirectionsSaute onions in butter. Stir in sugar, lower heat and cook very slowly one hour. Stir in the wine, cook briefly, and pour over a pound of freshly cooked pasta. Pass the Parmesan. Rate this Recipe
