Ingredients

1 1/4 pounds ground beef, lean
1 package spinach, frozen chopped, thawed, drained
2 each garlic cloves finely chopped
3 tablespoons parmesan, parmigiano-reggiano cheese, grated grated
1/2 cup spaghetti sauce bottled
1/2 cup bread crumbs italian style
1/2 cup mozzarella cheese, non-fat shredded
8 each hamburger buns

Directions

Combine beef, spinach, garlic, parmesan, sauce and crumbs.

Divide mixture into 8 equal patties.

Broil or grill 4 inches from heat for 6 minutes on each side or until cooked through.

Top with 2 tablespoons shredded mozzarella.

Broil until cheese melts.

Serve on buns.

Barbecued Country Style Pork Ribs

I have made this recipe 3x times now to rave reviews. I usually trim the pork off the bones and serve. Guests don't know that it is the least expensive cut of pork that way. There never is any left overs when I make it. I save the broth, freeze it, then use it the next time rather than starting with plain water. I only reuse once.
