Bean and Beef Soup

Ingredients

1 pound navy beans
1 pound prunes
1 quart carrots chopped
1 1/2 quarts potatoes chopped
1 pound stewing beef
1 each onion
1 x salt and black pepper to taste
12 each cloves, whole whole cloves

Directions

Soak 1 pound navy beans overnight. Cook beans, prunes, beef and vegetables separately. Do not drain. Mix all together and simmer until the flavors are mixed.

This is pretty good recipe. The chicken was alittle dry, but good flavor.
