Pork Spareribs with Potatoes

Ingredients

pork spareribs |
|

potatoes |
peeled, cubed |
| 1/2 |
cup |
onion slices |
|

tablespoon |
sherry |
|

tablespoons |
oyster sauce |
|
| 2 |
tablespoons |
soy sauce |
|
| 1/2 |
teaspoon |
sugar |
|
| 2 |
teaspoons |
vegetable oil |
butter |
Directions
Lightly brown spareribs in hot skillet.
Add oil, potatoes, onion and sherry and cook 5 to 10 minutes or until potatoes and onion are lightly browned.
Mix in oyster sauce, soy sauce and sugar and simmer 20 to 30 minutes.
