Pecan Cheese Salad *

Ingredients

2 tablespoons knox gelatin
1/4 cup water cold
1 large pineapple chunks drained, reserve 1/2 cup juice
1 cup celery sliced thin
1 cup pecans chopped
2 cups cottage cheese
1 cup whipped cream
1/2 cup sour cream
1/4 cup mayonnaise
1/4 cup sugar
1 cup miniature marshmallows
1 x lemon juice onlu

Directions

Dissolve Knox gelatin in cold water.

Add 1/2 cup pineapple juice which has been heated.

Mix all remaining ingredients together. Add gelatin mixture.

Mix well. Pour into container of choice. Chill until set.
