Melon, Palm, and Prosciutto Salad

Ingredients

8 cups salad greens mesclun mix, chilled
14 ounces hearts of palm, canned canned, drained, cut into 1/2 inch slices
2 cups cantaloupe diced
1/4 pound prosciutto thinly sliced
1/2 cup salad dressing red-wine vinaigrette

Directions

In salad bowl, combine first four ingredients. Add dressing and toss.

Note: Mesclun is a mixture of shoots and leaves from slightly bitter lettuces -- endive, mache, arugula, dandeline and oak leaf.
