This cheese ball brings serious flavor with a three-cheese blend of blue cheese, sharp cheddar, and cream cheese. The blue cheese is the star here, giving each bite a funky, tangy punch that mild cheese balls just can’t deliver. Grated onion and Worcestershire sauce round it out with savory depth.

Directions

Blend together well the cheese, onion and Worcestershire sauce.

Add ⅛ pound of chopped nuts and blend well again.

Form into a large ball and refrigerate overnight.

Bring to room temperature one hour before serving.

Roll in ⅛ pound of chopped nuts.

Serve with crackers or corn chips.
