A zesty curry-lime dip with Dijon mustard, garlic, and a kick of cayenne. Whips up in 10 minutes and pairs with veggies, chips, or grilled chicken.

This dip punches way above its weight. Five ingredients, ten minutes, and you’ve got something that makes raw vegetables disappear from the platter.

Lime juice and Dijon mustard give it a bright, tangy backbone. Curry powder and cayenne bring the warmth. Mayo holds it all together into a creamy, scoopable dip that people will hover around at any party.

Chill it for at least an hour before serving so the flavors have time to get acquainted.

Variations

  • Greek yogurt swap: Replace half the mayo with Greek yogurt for a lighter version that still has body.
  • Grilled chicken dipper: Use it as a dipping sauce alongside satay skewers or grilled chicken tenders.
  • Sandwich spread: Slather it on wraps or burgers instead of plain mayo for an instant upgrade.

Kitchen Tips

  • Start with a pinch of cayenne and taste as you go. You can always add heat, but you can’t take it back.
  • Fresh lime juice only. Bottled lime juice tastes flat and will let this dip down.
