40 minThis is the kind of throw-it-together dinner that tastes like you spent way more time in the kitchen than you actually did.
Turkey sausage gets sautéed with mushrooms, bell peppers, and onions until everything is golden and fragrant with oregano.
Stir in a handful of Parmesan, pile it over hot noodles, and dinner is done.
It feeds six, it’s on the table in 40 minutes, and it cleans up easy.
Kitchen Tips
- Use butter instead of margarine for richer flavor if you’re not watching dairy intake.
- Italian turkey sausage (sweet or hot) adds an extra layer of seasoning without any extra work.
- Toss in whatever frozen veggies you have. Peas, corn, and green beans all work well here.
