I had to double check to be sure this was a *diabetic* recipe. It calls for almost THREE CUPS OF SUGAR! Diabetics may have a little sugar now and then, if it fits in their carb allowance, but a cake with three cups of sugar? I doubt it! Submitted by: Pearlzgirl posted 2005-05-08 12:08:54
