Garden Turkey and Rice Salad

Ingredients

2 cups rice, brown cooked
1 cup turkey breast cut into bite-sized pieces
1 cup celery coarsely chopped
1 cup carrots sliced
3/4 cup wheat germ toasted
1/3 cup scallions, spring or green onions sliced
3 tablespoons parsley leaves fresh, chopped, optional
l/2 teaspoons black pepper
l/2 cup salad dressing, italian, low-fat fat-free
1/4 cup lemon juice

Directions

Combine first eight ingredients in medium bowl.

Combine Italian dressing and lemon juice.

Pour dressing over salad; mix well.

Refrigerate until ready to serve.

Ilove this delicious dessert! I think the cream is so delighful!The caramel on top makes it seem like if you are in heaven!
