This genius no-bake version keeps your kitchen cool while still delivering serious peach pie satisfaction.

The secret weapon is flavored gelatin, which binds the fresh fruit into a glossy, sliceable filling without any heat.

A pre-baked pie shell provides the crispy base, while chilled peaches stay bright and fresh-tasting.

It’s summer in a slice.

Kitchen Tips

  • Use a graham cracker crust for even easier prep (no baking required at all)
  • Try this method with fresh strawberries, raspberries, or mixed berries using compatible gelatin flavors
  • Let the gelatin mixture cool slightly before pouring over peaches to prevent them from cooking
  • Refrigerate for at least 4 hours or overnight for cleanest slices
