This honey bread is a straightforward bread machine recipe that produces a lightly sweet, crusty loaf with just seven ingredients. The tablespoon of honey and teaspoon of sugar give the yeast a quick boost while adding a subtle sweetness that sets it apart from plain French bread.

Directions

I made this in the bread machine, rolled it out and let rise for about 20 min. put on sauce and toppings then baked at 350℉ (180℃) for 20 min.

If using soy cheese, add the last 5 min.

This makes excellent pizza dough.
