Alaska Salmon Salad Sandwich

Ingredients

| 15 1/2 | ounces | salmon, canned | |
| 1/3 | cups | yogurt, low-fat | |
| 1/3 | cups | scallions, spring or green onions | chopped |
| 1/3 | cups | celery | chopped |
| 1 | tablespoon | lemon juice | |
| 1 | x | black pepper | to taste |
| 12 | slices | bread | |
Directions
Drain and flake salmon. Stir in remaining ingredients except pepper andbread. Season with pepper to taste. Spread salmon mixture on half of
bread slices; top with remaining bread. Cut sandwiches into halves or
quarters.
Makes 6 sandwiches.
