Five Grain Sourdough Bread

Ingredients

1 pound loaf
1 1/2 teaspoons yeast, active dry
1 1/2 cups bread flour
1/4 cup aramanth flour
1/4 cup whole wheat flour
1/4 cup soy flour
1/4 cup rolled oats
2 tablespoons milk, skim, (non fat) powder
1 teaspoon salt
1 tablespoon honey
1/4 cup ground flax seed or sesame seeds
3/4 cup sourdough starter
1/2 cup water
1.5 pound loaf
2 1/4 teaspoons yeast, active dry
2 1/4 cups bread flour
1/4 cup aramanth flour plus 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup whole wheat flour plus 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup soy flour plus 2 tablespoons
1/4 cup rolled oats plus 2 tablespoons
3 tablespoons milk, skim, (non fat) powder
1 1/2 teaspoons salt
1 1/2 tablespoons vegetable oil
1 1/2 tablespoons honey
1/3 cup ground flax seed or sesame seeds
1 cup sourdough starter plus 2 tablespoons
3/4 cup water

Directions

1. Add all ingredients in the order suggested by your bread machine and process on the basic bread cycle according to the manufacturer's directions.

Let the loaf cool completely before slicing.

well it looks plaesing... but wood any one like to suggest if a salad could work with this???
