Fiddle's Banana Bread

Ingredients

3 large bananas ripe
2 cups flour, self-rising
1 cup sugar
1/2 cup vegetable oil
2 large eggs lightly beaten
1/2 cup walnuts optional

Directions

Mash the bananas with a fork.

Stir the flour and sugar together and mix with the bananas, oil, and eggs.

Fold in the nuts, if desired.

Pour into a greased and floured loaf pan.

Bake for 1 hour at 325 degrees F, until golden brown.

Serve cold with cream cheese.
