Easy Steak Crockpot

Don't bother starting up the barbecue, try this easy crockpot recipe that will help you make a succulent steak you will enjoy.

Ingredients

1	small	beef, round steak
1	can	soup, cream of mushroom
3/4	cans	water
1	pk	onion soup mix
1	x	potatoes	few

Directions

Peel and cut potatoes in quarters. Place on bottom of pot. Cut meat in medium size pieces. Place on top of potatoes. Add onion soup mix. Pour mushroom soup over the top and add water. Cover and cook on LOW for 6 hours. Makes great gravy.

Microwave Fudge

My husband likes it; says it reminds him of his mother's fudge. The only problem was small, undissolved sugar lumps in the end product.
