Earthquake Cake

Ingredients

1 x coconut
1 cup nuts chopped
1 each cake mix, german chocolate
1 stick margarine softened
1 pound powdered sugar
8 ounces cream cheese

Directions

Cover the bottom of a 9x13x3 inch baking dish with coconut.

Cover the coconut with nuts.

Prepare cake mix per package directions.

Pour over nuts.

Combine margarine, powered sugar and cream cheese and beat until smoooth.

Spread over cake batter.

Bake 1 hour at 350 degrees F.

Turn out onto tray.
