These bite-sized meatballs come together fast and cook even faster in the microwave. Ground beef mixed with herb-seasoned stuffing crumbs, evaporated milk, and curry powder shapes into tiny one-inch balls that cook through in just 2 to 3 minutes.

The stuffing mix does more than bind the meat. Those seasoned crumbs bring herby flavor and keep the meatballs tender, while the evaporated milk adds richness without making the mixture too wet. The curry powder gives each ball a warm, aromatic kick that pairs with the sweet-tart dipping sauce.

Shape all the balls the same size so they cook evenly. Uneven meatballs mean some are overcooked while others are still raw in the center.

Directions

In large mixng bowl, thoroughly combine crumbs, milk, salt and curry powder.

Add beef, blend well.

Shape into 48 1 inch balls.

Cover plate w/wax paper.

Microwave meatballs at HIGH 2 to 3 minutes, rotating dish ¼ turn after 1minute.

Serve with Sweet-Tart Sauce
