Creamy Smooth Peanut Butter Cookies

Yields:	60 servings

1	cup	butter	or margarine
1 1/2	cups	peanut butter	creamy
1	cup	sugar	granulated
1 1/2	cups	brown sugar	packed
2	large	eggs
2	teaspoons	vanilla extract
1	teaspoon	salt
1	teaspoon	baking soda
2	cups	flour, unbleached all-purpose

Cream the butter and peanut butter.

Beat in the sugars, blending well.

Add the eggs, vanilla, salt, baking soda and flour and mix well.

Drop by spoonfuls onto a greased cookie sheet.

Bake in a preheated 350 degrees F oven for 10 to 12 minutes.

My first time baking homemade brownies and they turned out PERFECT! Delicious!
