| 1/2 | cup | onion | chopped |
| 2 | each | garlic | cloves, minced or garlic powder |
| 2 | each | bay leaves | |
| 1 | each | cabbage | head, cut into wedges |
Directions
Placed corned beef in crockpot, barely cover with water. Add onion, garlic and bay leaves. Cover and cook on LOW for 9 to 10 hours. If cabbage is desired, lift corned beef out of pot, turn to HIGH and drop wedges of cabbage into broth. Cover and cook 15 to 20 minutes.
