Cool Salad

Ingredients

2 1/2 cups 7 bean and barley mix, dried cooked, drained
1 cup avocado cubed
1/3 cup cucumber diced
1/4 cup onion diced
1/4 cup pimiento diced
1 tablespoon chives fresh, snipped
1 tablespoon lemon juice fresh
2 tablespoons apple cider vinegar
1/4 Sesame vegetable oil
1/2 teaspoon sea salt
1/2 teaspoon onion powder
1/2 teaspoon garlic powder
1/2 teaspoon basil dried
1/2 teaspoon oregano dried

Directions

Combine cooled 7 Bean and Barley with remaining ingredients in a large salad bowl and toss lightly.

Serve Cold.

Easter White Chocolate and Lime Cheesecake
