Colorful Whole Grain Salad

Ingredients

cooked, (medium grain) |

whole grain wheat |
or rye or red lentils, (or sprouted instead) |

green bell pepper |
chopped |

sweet red bell pepper |
chopped |

purple onion |
sliced thinly |
| 1/2 |

mayonnaise |
|
| 1/2 |
cup |
yogurt, plain |
|
Directions
Mix mayonnaise and yogurt. Combine with all the other ingredients and toss. Chill thoroughly.

There is an error in this recipe.
I'm sure t calls for more than 1 whole unblanched almond. Probably 1 cup or as it says 12 oz
