Ingredients

1 1/2 quarts cranberry juice
2 quarts apple juice
1/2 cup brown sugar firmly packed
1/2 teaspoon salt
4 each cinnamon sticks
1 1/2 teaspoons cloves ground

Directions

Pour juices into a 30 cup percolator.

Place sugar and spices in the basket.

Place basket in the pot and perk. Serve hot in mugs.

Chicken Cordon Bleu in Pastry

This recipe is delicious and easy to make -- great for company too. The only drawback is that the puff pasty contains lots of trans fat :(
