Chocolate Peanutbutter Bar
Submitted by norly
No-bake chocolate peanut butter bars loaded with oats and raisins. Mix, roll into a log, and freeze for a chewy, crunchy snack that’s Weight Watchers friendly.
Five ingredients. No oven required. Just a bowl, a fork, and about ten minutes of your time.
These frozen chocolate peanut butter bars get their satisfying chew from rolled oats and plump raisins, all bound together with chunky peanut butter and a hit of chocolate.
A splash of black coffee deepens the chocolate flavor without adding sweetness, though plain water works in a pinch.
Shape the mixture into a log, wrap it tight, and let your freezer do the rest overnight. Slice off rounds whenever a craving strikes.
Kitchen Tips
- Use strong brewed coffee instead of water for a richer, more complex chocolate flavor
- Wet your hands slightly when shaping the log to keep the sticky mixture from clinging to your fingers
- Slice bars straight from the freezer with a sharp knife dipped in hot water for clean cuts
- Store wrapped slices in a freezer bag for up to 3 months
