5 minThis is what happens when a Thin Mint, a milkshake, and a cocktail walk into a blender.
Vanilla ice cream, crushed Oreos, creme de menthe, and white creme de cacao get blitzed with crushed ice until thick, frosty, and dangerously drinkable.
It’s minty, chocolatey, cookies-and-cream creamy, and just boozy enough to make you forget you’re technically drinking dessert.
Takes five minutes from freezer to glass. Good luck making just one.
Variations
- Virgin version: Swap the liqueurs for 2 tablespoons of chocolate syrup and a quarter teaspoon of peppermint extract. Kids will lose their minds.
- Extra thick: Cut the crushed ice in half and add an extra scoop of ice cream for a spoonable, shake-shop consistency.
- Grasshopper upgrade: Use mint chocolate chip ice cream instead of vanilla for double the mint intensity.
