140 minThis is the dessert equivalent of going full send.
A whole package of crushed Oreos mixed with melted butter forms the base, then a gallon of mint chocolate chip ice cream gets layered on top with crushed Skor bars folded through for that buttery toffee crunch.
Two jars of hot fudge sauce get poured over everything in a rippled pattern, and the whole thing gets finished with a cloud of whipped topping and extra Skor chunks scattered on top.
No baking, no fuss, and it serves 12 generously. Assemble it the night before a party and you’re the hero who never even turned on the oven.
Kitchen Tips
- Crush the Oreos in chunky pieces, not fine crumbs. You want texture in the base, not cookie dust.
- Let the ice cream soften on the counter for about 10 minutes before spreading. Rock-hard ice cream will tear up the Oreo layer.
- Heat the fudge sauce just enough to pour. Too hot and it’ll melt the ice cream layer before it has a chance to set.
- Freeze each layer until firm before adding the next. Patience here gives you clean, defined layers when you slice.
