Pork Chops with Mexi Mac & CheeseA simple but scrumptious dish that's perfect to make when you don't have a lot of time to prepare dinner.
Ingredients
DirectionsFry the pork chops in a deep skillet. Remove the pork chops and place in the oven to keep warm. In the skillet used to fry the pork chops, add the salsa and water. Bring to a boil. Add the macaroni. Cook for about 10 minutes, stirring frequently. Add the cheese and mix well. Place the pork chops on top of the macaroni. Cover and heat on low for 5 minutes. Rate this Recipe

I use the apple jelly instead and 1/2 cup of regular mustard instead of the bottle of chili. If you're in a hurry and need it quickly, melt jelly and mustard on stovetop or in microwave and then add little smokies, heat and serve. Wa-la! Easy and great. |
