Easy Baked Chicken
A succulent dish made with artichoke hearts and wild mushrooms that is perfect for a family dinner.

Ingredients

chicken breasts |
|

salt and black pepper |
salt & pepper, to taste |

artichoke hearts |
marinated, can/jar |
| 2 |
cups |
mushrooms, wild |
assorted |
| 1/4 |
cup |
scallions, spring or green onions |
chopped |
| 1 |
cup |
white wine |

Directions
Place chicken in casserole dish, season with salt and pepper. Drain artichokes, reserving marinade. Chop artichokes into quarters and place over chicken. Add mushrooms and scallions. Pour artichoke marinade and white wine over chicken. Bake at 350 for 45 minutes.
