Grilled Pineapple

Ingredients

1 medium pineapple
1 tablespoon butter melted
1 tablespoon brown sugar packed
1/8 teaspoon curry powder
1/2 cup yogurt nonfat vanilla
2 tablespoons coconut toasted

Directions

Cut pineapple crosswise into six 3/4-inch-thick slices.

Stir together butter, brown sugar and curry powder.

Grill pineapple slices on an uncovered grill directly over medium coals for 6 to 8 minutes or till heated through, turning once and brushing once or twice with butter mixture.

Combine yogurt and coconut.

To serve, cut pineapple slices in half. Serve warm with yogurt.

Crusty Cuban

I just got a breadmaker, without a manual, and I have never used one of these things in my life! Being new at this, I chose this recipe (as my first effort) for its simplicity of ingredients. The bread came out so true to its name - wonderfully crusty and very tasty! A huge thanks to the person who posted this recipe!
