Peanut Butter Dream Pie

Ingredients

3 ounces cream cheese
1 cup powdered sugar
1/3 cup peanut butter
1 x whipped topping, prepared
1 each graham cracker pie crust
1/4 cup peanuts dry roasted finely chopped

Directions

Whip cheese until soft and fluffy. Beat in sugar and peanut butter.

Fold topping into mixture.

Pour into baked pie shell and sprinkle with chopped peanuts and chill until firm.

Jello Cake

For the past twenty plus Christmases this cake made as a layer cake with red jello (half pkg) and green jello (half pkg) --one color per layer--has been my children's favorite for our "Birthday Cake for Baby Jesus". It is a nice change from many heavy desserts at Christmas.
