Impossible Coconut Pie

Ingredients

4	large	eggs
1	stick	margarine	softened
1	teaspoon	vanilla extract
2	cups	milk
3/4	cup	sugar
1/2	cup	flour, all-purpose
1/8	teaspoon	salt
3/4	teaspoon	baking powder
1 c		coconut

Directions

Put all ingredients into a blender and blend 30 seconds.

Grease and flour 10 inch pie pan or 9 inch square pan.

Pour batter into pan and sprinkle remaining coconut over batter.

Bake at 350 degrees F. for 40 to 45 minutes and coconut is golden brown.
