Eagles Key Lime Pie

3	each	egg yolks
14	ounces	milk, sweetened condensed
4	ounces	lime juice
1	x	food coloring	green, optional
1	each	pie shell (9 inch)	frozen, or 6 ounce graham cracker crust

Preheat oven to 325F.

In a large mixing bowl, beat egg yolks with condensed milk, lime juice and green food coloring if desired.

Pour into prepared pie crust; bake 30 minutes.
