Double Layer Pumpkin Pie

Ingredients

4 ounces cream cheese softened
1 tablespoon cream, half and half
1 tablespoon sugar
1 1/2 cups whipped topping, prepared
1 each graham cracker pie crust
1 cup milk cold
1 cup pumpkin (canned)
2 packages instant pudding mix, vanilla
1 teaspoon cinnamon ground
1/2 teaspoon ginger ground
1/4 teaspoon cloves ground

Directions

Mix cream cheese, 1 tablespoon milk and sugar in large bowl with wire whisk until smooth, gently stir in whipped topping.

Spread onto bottom of crust.

Pour 1 coup milk into large bowl. Add pumpkin, pudding mixes and spices.

Beat with wire whisk until well mixed.

Spread over cream chese layer. Refrigerate 4 hours or until set.
