Double Layer Pumpkin PieWow your family this Thanksgiving with this decadent pumpkin pie that will have everyone asking for a second slice!
Ingredients
DirectionsMix cream cheese, 1 tb milk, sugar in large bowl with wire whisk. Stir in whipped cream. Spread in bottom of crust. Pour 1 cup milk into bowl, add pudding mixes. Beat with wire whisk 1 minute. (Will be thick.) Stir in pumpkin and spices with wire whisk until well mixed. Spread over cream cheese mixture. Top with remaining whipped cream and sprinkle with cinnamon. Refrigerate 4 hours until set. Reviews

I did have to make one adjustment though, I didn't have mozarella on hand so I used regular cheddar on the inside and provolone on the top and it came out super. thumbs up for the dish maker.... |
