Apple-Cheese Danish Pie

Ingredients

7 each crackers round mill lunch
20 ounces apples presliced, unsweetened, drained
4 tablespoons sugar
1 teaspoon cinnamon
3 tablespoons raisins, seedless
1 cup cottage cheese (low-fat 1%)
1 Whole egg
1/2 cup milk, skim

Directions

Arrange crackers in an 8-inch nonstick cake pan, 6 in a circle and 1 in the center (crackers need not be touching).

Stir apples, sugar, sugar substitute, cinnamon, and raisins together and spoon over crackers.

In covered blender, beat cottage cheese, egg, and milk smooth.

Pour over apples.

Bake in a preheated 350 degree Foven 1 hour.

Serve warm or chilled.

Crusty Cuban

I just got a breadmaker, without a manual, and I have never used one of these things in my life! Being new at this, I chose this recipe (as my first effort) for its simplicity of ingredients. The bread came out so true to its name - wonderfully crusty and very tasty! A huge thanks to the person who posted this recipe!
