Apple Filling for Pierogies

Yields:10-12 pierogies

Ingredients

6 each apples
1/2 cup sugar
1/4 teaspoon cinnamon

Directions

Peel and core apples.

Put through coarse blade of grinder.

Mix with sugar and cinnamon.

Fill pierogi.

Cover the cooked pierogi with thick sour cream, buttered bread crumbs sugar and cinnamon.

Bake in oven at 350 degrees F for 15 minutes.
