Apple Custard Pie
Ingredients
DirectionsCombine egg yolks and sugar. Add butter, apples and vanilla; stir to mix. Place over boiling water in double boiler, stirring constantly until thickened. Pour into pie crust. Bake at 350 degrees F. for 20 minutes. Rate this Recipe

I poured a few ladles of the cream into the baking pan, then filled the tortillas and placed them in the pan and it turned out beautiful. I will definately make this again! |
