Ingredients

2 large eggs
1 1/2 cups sugar
1 cup buttermilk
3 ounces chocolate
1 teaspoon baking soda rounded
1 x ginger pinch
1 x salt pinch
1 x vanilla extract pinch
3 cups flour, all-purpose

Directions

Mix together, fry in deep fat.
