6 slices ham thinly sliced
2 cups swiss cheese grated
1 egg
1 1/2 teaspoons vegetable oil
1 tablespoon water
flour, all-purpose

sauce
1 can pineapple, canned, crushed
1 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon lemon juice
1 tablespoon cornstarch
1/2 cup water
1/4 cup sherry

Directions

Preheat oven to 325 F.

1. Pound chicken breasts to approximately 1/4" thickness cheese.
